Terms & Conditions — Hosur Drop Taxi

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any services provided by Hosur Drop Taxi ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Hosur Drop Taxi provides pre-booked taxi services for point-to-point transportation within Hosur and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Local city rides
Airport transfers
Outstation trips
Corporate travel services
Special event transportation

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Methods

Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, phone, or in-person at our office. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3.2 Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash payment to the driver
Credit/Debit cards
UPI payments
Net banking
Corporate billing (for approved accounts)

3.3 Pricing

Our fares are calculated based on:

Factor	Description
Distance	Kilometers traveled from pickup to drop location
Vehicle Type	Different vehicle categories have different rates
Time	Night charges (10PM to 6AM) may apply
Waiting Time	Charges apply after initial free waiting period

Note: All fares are inclusive of GST. Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes (if applicable) will be additional.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

More than 2 hours before pickup time: No charge
Between 30 minutes to 2 hours before pickup time: 25% of estimated fare
Less than 30 minutes before pickup time: 50% of estimated fare
After driver arrives at pickup location: 100% of minimum fare

4.2 Service Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

Vehicle breakdown or unavailability
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Safety concerns
Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and will refund any payments made.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
Be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time
Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
Not carry any illegal substances or items in our vehicles
Not smoke or consume alcohol in our vehicles
Pay for any damages caused to the vehicle during your ride
Ensure children under 12 are properly secured in appropriate child seats

6. Liability Limitations

Hosur Drop Taxi shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
Missed flights, trains, or other connections
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fare paid for that particular ride.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
